1. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Bookings
A booking reserves a specific room for a stated semester. Room availability, configurations, and pricing are shown on the platform and may change until a booking is confirmed by payment.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack via Mobile Money or card. By paying, you authorise the charge for the amount shown at checkout. Confirmation and receipts are sent by email.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorisation.
- Do not submit false information or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Complaints & conduct
Residents may submit complaints and maintenance requests through the dashboard. Residents are expected to follow the rules of the hostel they book.
7. Intellectual property
The UniStay name, brand, and site content are owned by UniStay Solutions and its partners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies only with your consent. Manage your choices any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Essential cookies (for sign-in and security) cannot be disabled as the site cannot function without them.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, UniStay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating from third-party providers such as Paystack, banks, or mobile money networks.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
