- Profile details: phone, WhatsApp, university, programme, level, and guardian contact.
- Booking details: the hostels and rooms you book, resident ID, and semester.
- Payment details: processed by Paystack. We store payment references and status, not your full card details.
- Support details: complaints, maintenance requests, and messages you send us.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and bookings.
- To process payments and send confirmations and receipts.
- To respond to complaints and support requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
3. Service providers
We share limited data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Paystack — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email (confirmations, receipts).
- Our hosting and database providers, for storage and delivery.
We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention
